The BEST Dishwasher

Washing dishes in a restaurant is usually the most peaceful job. Nobody bothers you.

My best "war stories"  in the restaurant occured when washing dishes.

While managing a newly opened restauant, and washing pots and pans,I physicaly threw out an employee after he refused to sweep the floor. "It's not my job" he said. He had a change of heart after I told him that if I had to do his job, I didn't need his services anymore.

After this, he did go on to become a successful assistant manager at another restaurant.. I thnik he figured the importance of team work, and having responsibility.

It's hard to understand that he goverment(especially liberals)  want to say "It's not my job" and just take the earned money from the people who sweep the floors give to the people who do nothing. Is this the new definition "capitalistic welfare"?

What happens to the people who sweep the floors and wash the dishes? Does trying to improve thier economic situation disqualify them for wanting something better for themselves and thier families? Doesn't the goverment want a population of motivated assistant manager wannabe's?
